The Timba Stool High, designed by Pearson Lloyd for Bene, is part of a collection that reinterprets the traditional wooden seating typology for contemporary work and meeting environments. The design is based on simplicity and constructive honesty, where material and proportion define the aesthetic.

The solid oak four-legged structure provides stability and introduces a natural presence within the space. Its elevated seating position makes the stool suitable for high tables, informal meeting areas and hospitality environments. The upholstered seat adds comfort while preserving the archetypal character of the stool.

Within Contemporary design, the Timba Stool High reflects the evolution of contract furniture toward warmer, more residential interiors. Pearson Lloyd approaches furniture design as part of social dynamics, where flexibility and informal interaction play a central role. The result is a restrained yet carefully considered object that integrates effortlessly into architectural contexts where functionality and material expression are balanced.
