Het ontwerpproces vertrekt vanuit bestaande materialen, waarbij hergebruik, lokale productie en materiaalbewust ontwerp centraal staan.<\/p><br \/>\n<p>ROVER werd opgericht door ontwerper Tom De Koninck en positioneert zich op het kruispunt van circulair ontwerp, architectuur en lokale maakindustrie. In plaats van te vertrekken vanuit een vooraf bepaald ontwerp, ontstaat elk object vanuit de eigenschappen en beschikbaarheid van bestaande restmaterialen. Industri\u00eble overschotten zoals staal, hout, buizen en plaatmateriaal worden ge\u00efnventariseerd, onderzocht en herwerkt tot tijdloze meubelcollecties en interieurtoepassingen. De vormentaal combineert constructieve helderheid met een directe materialiteit, waarbij de oorsprong van de materialen zichtbaar mag blijven. Typologie\u00ebn zoals stoelen, tafels en verlichting worden ontwikkeld als duurzame objecten met een sterke lokale verankering. Projecten zoals de Scrap Chair en Latto Lamp tonen hoe circulair ontwerp kan uitgroeien tot een volwaardig alternatief binnen hedendaags design. De focus ligt op het hergebruik en herwaarderen van bestaand meubilair binnen een systemische ontwerpbenadering.<\/p><br \/>\n<p>NNOF ontstond in Belgi\u00eb vanuit de ambitie om kantoorinrichting fundamenteel anders te benaderen, met circulariteit als uitgangspunt. In plaats van nieuwe productie centraal te stellen, vertrekt het concept vanuit bestaande meubelstromen die worden hergebruikt, aangepast en opnieuw ingezet. De benadering is sterk systemisch, waarbij inventarisatie, ontwerp en uitvoering samen een coherent proces vormen. Meubilair wordt niet als individueel object gezien, maar als onderdeel van een bredere materiaal- en gebruikscyclus. Typologie\u00ebn zoals bureaus, stoelen en opbergsystemen worden opnieuw samengesteld of aangepast op basis van beschikbare elementen. Materialen behouden hun waarde door verlenging van de levensduur, met minimale ingrepen en aandacht voor effici\u00ebnt gebruik van grondstoffen.
