The Pavilion Counter AV8 by &Tradition pairs a beige upholstered seat with a walnut backrest. Its slender lines and open design give the stool a light appearance, while the wooden backrest adds a warm, natural accent. The contrast between the soft upholstery and rich wood tone creates a balanced mix of textures and materials. The backrest provides a subtle visual detail without taking away from the stool’s airy character. Designed for a kitchen island or counter-height table, the Pavilion Counter AV8 brings a refined yet welcoming feel to both contemporary kitchens and professional interiors.

Reuse

Furniture with a second life
Cleaned and inspected
Ready for immediate reuse
Extended product lifespan

By choosing this product with a second life, you avoid the production of new furniture and contribute to a more efficient use of existing materials.

Reuse refers to high-quality second-hand furniture that is reintroduced into use. Each item is checked, cleaned and, where necessary, technically inspected to ensure it is ready for a new phase of use.

By reusing existing furniture, we extend the lifespan of products and avoid unnecessary production and waste.

&Tradition

2010 – present

Tradition as a starting point for new design

&Tradition is a Danish design brand that connects historic designs with contemporary furniture and lighting collections. Based in Copenhagen, the brand brings together Scandinavian craftsmanship, a strong sensitivity to materials and a contemporary design language.

&Tradition was founded in Copenhagen in 2010 and deliberately builds a bridge between design history and contemporary design practices. The collection includes reissues of designs by figures such as Verner Panton and Jørn Utzon, alongside contemporary work by designers including Space Copenhagen, Anderssen & Voll and Hee Welling.

Its design language moves between Scandinavian simplicity and more sculptural, expressive forms, with particular attention to proportion, colour and tactility. Furniture, lighting and objects are crafted from a wide range of materials, including wood, stone, metal, glass, textiles and recycled plastics.

By placing historic designs alongside new collections, &Tradition creates a layered whole in which different generations and design perspectives enter into a natural dialogue.
