The Thorvald SC94 by &Tradition combines an open, graphic design with a distinctive Bronze Green finish. Its slender metal structure creates a rhythmic pattern across the backrest and seat, giving the chair an airy appearance while maintaining a clear silhouette. The included seat cushion introduces a soft contrast to the clean lines and adds comfort. The green-bronze tone brings depth to the design and pairs naturally with organic materials and neutral colours. With its open construction and cushioned seat, the Thorvald works well around a dining table, on a terrace or in an outdoor setting.

Reuse

Furniture with a second life
Cleaned and inspected
Ready for immediate reuse
Extended product lifespan

By choosing this product with a second life, you avoid the production of new furniture and contribute to a more efficient use of existing materials.

Reuse refers to high-quality second-hand furniture that is reintroduced into use. Each item is checked, cleaned and, where necessary, technically inspected to ensure it is ready for a new phase of use.

By reusing existing furniture, we extend the lifespan of products and avoid unnecessary production and waste.

&Tradition

2010 – present

Tradition as a starting point for new design

&Tradition is a Danish design brand that connects historic designs with contemporary furniture and lighting collections. Based in Copenhagen, the brand brings together Scandinavian craftsmanship, a strong sensitivity to materials and a contemporary design language.

&Tradition was founded in Copenhagen in 2010 and deliberately builds a bridge between design history and contemporary design practices. The collection includes reissues of designs by figures such as Verner Panton and Jørn Utzon, alongside contemporary work by designers including Space Copenhagen, Anderssen & Voll and Hee Welling.

Its design language moves between Scandinavian simplicity and more sculptural, expressive forms, with particular attention to proportion, colour and tactility. Furniture, lighting and objects are crafted from a wide range of materials, including wood, stone, metal, glass, textiles and recycled plastics.

By placing historic designs alongside new collections, &Tradition creates a layered whole in which different generations and design perspectives enter into a natural dialogue.

Specifications

Is your project still under development but would you like to secure certain furniture already?

The availability of second-hand furniture is highly variable, as it cannot simply be produced or reordered. This can be particularly challenging if you want to secure specific furniture for a project, especially when the project is still under development and there is no space available for storage.

We have the solution!

Reserve your furniture today and we will hold it for the period you need. You only pay the storage cost in our warehouse. Once your project is ready for delivery, we release the furniture and you can proceed with the purchase.
